Neeti Sarkar is an electronics engineer with four years of service as a Scientist/Engineer at the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. She has held pivotal assignments across the Jammu–Udhampur Rail Link, RDSO, Northern Railway, and North Central Railway, and later served five years as Director (Broadcast Content) at the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting. As CEO of NATRIP she steered the development of automotive and EV testing infrastructure, complemented by global training at the ISS in The Hague and the 60th National Defence College programme. Her leadership experience also spans financial advisory roles and tenure as DRM of the Nanded Division.

Prashant Saxena, B.Tech in Electronics and Communication, is a result-oriented technocrat with almost 30 years of experience in programme and portfolio management, strategic planning, and solutions architecture. As Delivery Director at global e-procurement leader GEP he oversaw enterprise delivery, and previously managed multiple North America and Europe programmes for a premier Indian IT organisation. His career includes partnering with Fortune 100 companies to guide their software development teams and large-scale transformation initiatives.
